Task Geoscience Christmas Crossword competition 2008 - Terms and Conditions

Please read these competition rules carefully. If you enter our crossword competition, we will assume that you have read these rules and
that you agree to them.

1. To enter the competition you must be: at least 18 years old at the time of entry, and legally entitled to own and drink alcohol in the country to which the prize would be delivered.
2. The competition is not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of the Task Geoscience group of companies.
3. No purchase necessary.
4. Only one entry per competition per person. Multiple entries will be removed and the entrant disqualified.
5. If you want to enter the competition you may enter via our website on the applicable competition page.
   
   For Australia entries (PESA News): Send your completed crossword with your name, address and e-mail address by e-mail to:
   pesa.crossword@taskgeoscience.com or mail your completed entry to: Task Geoscience (Asia) PTY LTD, Suite 8, 24 Riseley Street, Ardross, Perth,Western Australia WA 6153.
   
   For UK entries (PESGB): Send your completed crossword with your name, address and e-mail address by e-mail to:
   pesgb.crossword@taskgeoscience.com or mail your completed entry to: Task Geoscience Ltd,
   The Enterprise Centre, Aberdeen Science & Eneregy Park, Bridge of Don, Aberdeen AB23 8GX, UK.
6. Sending an e-mail is not proof that we have received your entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost
   or delayed, or which are not received for any reason.
7. The winner will be the entrant who completes the crossword correctly and whose correct entry is selected at random by the judges.
8. The closing date is as specified in the competition advert (10th January 2009), and Task Geoscience reserves the right
   to amend the competition end date at any time.
9. If you win the competition, we will notify you by e-mail or by phone. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence
   will be entered into.
10. You can find out who has won this competition by viewing the result on our website:
    www.taskgeoscience.com after the closing date of 10th January 2009.
11. The panel of judges for each competition will be comprised of members of the marketing team of the
    Task Geoscience group of companies.
12. The prize will not be transferable to another person.
13. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
14. If the advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
15. Incorrectly completed or incomplete entries will be disqualified.

18. Task Geoscience reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.
19. Task Geoscience will endeavour to send the prize to the winner within a month of the competition end date
    but cannot guarantee this delivery time.
